The conversation always starts like this --
First, in some way, shape or form, I say that I follow a Keto Lifestyle (no, it’s not a “Diet”, but that is another Blog Post). Then this happens:
Them: “Oh, I can’t eat all that FAT.”
Okay, this is the thing. I don’t eat THAT MUCH FAT. Really. Honestly. I probably eat less fat now than I did when I weighed 225 pounds. Okay, maybe the same amount. But it’s HEALTHY fat.
