Sometimes the world is so full of noise that we can't hear ourselves think. Noise from the outside as well as the inside needs to be silenced in order to hear your self talk.
Find a spot to relax, then quiet the noise. No television, no cell phone or tablet, no clutter in your space. Close your eyes and hear your mind clear. Breathe. Relax your body, your shoulders, your arms, your wrists. Breathe.
As the silence washes over you, feel your tension dissolve. For the few moments that you are in your own space, allow yourself to just breathe. Count to 10 as you slow your breath - deeply take the air in thru your nose and out thru your mouth. Slowly and deliberately.
Silence. No thoughts, only breathing. Only you.
